Sharing the best of Maui and the Aloha spirit has been a passion of Vistas Vacation founder Aaron Kelling for many years. Traveling on company business trips five days a week for eighteen years has taught Aaron what is essential to on-the-go guests. This familiarity inspired Aaron to create the ideal vacation experience with the perfect home away from home stays on Maui.

‘Happiness can be about the journey that produces it,’ and Aaron found it on Maui; after visiting Maui for many years on breaks from business travel, Aaron and his family moved here permanently. Under his direction, Vistas Vacations has grown into a thriving full-service rental management operation, offering real estate services, renovation, and decor, along with marketing and hospitality services.

DIRECTOR OF HOUSEKEEPING

Leanna Lawyer brings extensive experience in organizational management. Fundamental to managing and coordinating the dedicated cleaning and inspection staff, Leanna’s attention to detail provides the extra special glow that has become a Vistas Vacations trademark. OPERATIONS MANAGER, DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION

A Maui Resident of seventeen years, Megan Moran’s expertise in hospitality and operational management was honed in a lengthy tenure in one of the top restaurants in Wailea Maui. Full spectrum management and guest relations are her specialties, with a keen understanding of what makes a visitor's experience satisfying and unique. As a project manager, Megan oversees the design and construction scheduling with Aaron, while keeping all projects on track, with Vista's signature island aesthetic.

MARKETING AND REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT, OWNERS RELATIONS

Jesse brings a colorful background in communications and marketing and a thirty-year family history in Maui. With over fifteen years in Public Relations and Marketing in New York, Paris, and Berlin, content marketing and product development are his specialties, which he lends to the Real Estate sector. From copywriting to content and platform development, Jesse’s grasp of the technical and fluid side of communication has helped Vistas Vacations continue to grow, while keeping prospective and established owners connected to Vistas’ dynamic program.
