We want you to feel at home the moment you step inside. Our condo is located at Kauhale Makai “Village by the Sea”, a community nestled up against a charming beach; perfect for catching the most amazing sunsets. The property amenities include a large saltwater pool, a small "kiddie" pool, a hot tub, a volleyball court, shuffleboard decks, putting green, several BBQ grills with picnic tables and tiki torches. Surrounded by beautifully manicured grounds swaying with palm, plumeria and banana trees. This slice of paradise offers a local and relaxed setting, maintaining a vibrant community. Kihei is located at the base of Haleakala, a sprawling and majestic 10,000 foot high volcano. Stunning views of the mountain are everywhere. Lined with miles of beaches, local food & shopping, and close proximity to many activities. Fun fact about Hawaii- all beaches are public! There is no such thing as a private beach anywhere in the state. Together with neighboring Wailea and Makena, the area enjoys numerous shops, restaurants and “happy hour” opportunities. Kauhale Makai is a short distance from many grocery stores, including a Safeway, Times and Foodland. If you prefer Costco or Target swing by on your way from the airport!
