THE SPACE
Welcome to Luxurious Wailea Ocean Vistas. The newest addition to The Vistas Vacations of Maui's family of stylish and luxury condos in Kihei and Wailea. Completely remodeled in December 2022! We want you to feel at home the moment you step inside. Our condo is located at desirable and posh Wailea Ekolu, a community nestled on the green lush slopes of Wailea. Conveniently positioned adjacent to many fine restaurants, cafes, and The Shops of Wailea, a short walk away. The white and golden sand beaches of Wailea are perfect to spend the whole day relaxing under the sun or catch the most amazing sunsets. The property amenities include two pools and several BBQ grills, and it is within walking distance of many restaurants. Surrounded by beautifully manicured grounds swaying with palm and plumeria trees. This slice of paradise offers a local and relaxed environment, maintaining a vibrant community. Take a breath and experience Aloha! Our condo features high speed internet and WiFi, a 70 inch Smart TV with your favorite streaming apps and local cable, a land line phone for free and unlimited calls to the US Mainland, Canada, and Guam. Our fully equipped chef’s kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, blender, baking ware, French press, Keurig with K-cups provided, high end cookware, and all utensils, including everything you need to BBQ. Dine inside at our beautiful live wood edge dining table with room for 4 or enjoy your meal on the lanai and lose yourself in the view. The oversized sofa pulls out into a queen size sleeper when needed to sleep four comfortably. The master suite is fit for a king! A stunning king size bed with direct ocean views. The condo has two full bathrooms. Additional pillows and bed linens are provided. For your comfort, we offer both memory foam and regular pillows. We provide fluffy bath, hand, and face towels to pair with our spa-inspired bathrooms. Heading to the beach? Grab the beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, and a cooler to help make sure your time on the sand is relaxing. The washer and dryer are inside the unit. Parking is provided at no charge.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
We recognize the importance of a good night's sleep. We use the same mattresses as the Four Season Resort for extra comfort and rest. The "Pillow Bar" has three types of pillows for guests to choose from that cover possible allergies and softness preferences. Communication is one of our strong points. Our team is happy to offer suggestions on all things Maui. Vistas Vacations guests receive complimentary concierge tips on places to see and experience on the island, and our team is on hand to offer any information during their stay. Spectacular, completely remodeled (June 2021) oceanside 2 bedroom 2 bath gym located on the beautiful white sand beaches of Treasure Island. Our condo is perfect to experience Florida charm with modern conveniences. Your own private spot without any of the worry about large crowds or elevators associated with hotels or large condo complexes. The condo has private parking, private entrance, and on a spacious beach that’s a half a mile from any public parking offering a more private experience.
